I bought theses to wear while walking the South West coastal path as I have bunions on both feet . I put them on and then my walking socks and boots . The sleeve felt very tight on my big toes straight away, started walking and within a mile I had pain in my big toenails. The pain increased and was a stabbing pain, I had to put up with it for the duration of the walk as I didn’t have any other protection with me .
At the end of the walk I carefully removed the sleeve and noticed both my big toes were very swollen that’s why I was getting the terrible pain also it had rubbed on the bottom of both feet between the big toes and next toe to cause a blister .
They didn’t protect my bunions very well they were very red !
The next day before walking I put on bunion protector pads which stick on and elevate pressure on them . Walked all day and didn’t have a problem !

I have suffered a lot over the past couple of years from blisters and pain around my bunions on long walks, but these are very good at protecting that area and reducing the amount of pain and blisters I get.
They are quite comfortable to run in too.
Couple of minus points - I did get a blister at the joint between my big toe and the one next to it as the seam was rubbing, but this was after a 13 mile walk and I didn't get one on my bunion so I just need to find a way to reduce the friction in that area now.
Also one of the seams is coming apart on one of the protectors but the other is fine.
Apart from that I would recommend this product and am going to order another pair.

This product is a total waste of money, the quality is disgusting. I tried them on my feet and as you walk they get totally distorted and are half hanging of your foot. I would advise people not to buy them.
