Hello!

I am Aymee Kingson, an engineer by profession and an avid writer by passion.

In the world we live today, we often times present ourselves with extremely nervous and stressful situations. It may seem normal to experience and cope with a certain amount of fear, tension and anxiety in certain situations, however, if these feelings persist for too long, it may become a cause of concern.

Like most people, I too do experience anxiety and stress from time to time. But with the support from my family and friends, these feelings are properly managed and controlled. There are numerous remedies to combat the feelings of nervousness, anxiety and tension. One perhaps the most powerful and effective way is to practice on how to manage our thoughts.

I am a firm believer of “As a man thinketh, so is He”. We are what we think we are. I have practiced exercises that aim to develop both the mind and soul for a couple of years now and would love to share my experiences with everyone.

With this in mind, I decided to write self-help books in the hope to inspire those who are in need for help and support wherever they may be. I hope that through my writings, you are able to get inspired and motivated in leading to a more happy and fulfilled life.
