Meditation helps to maintain a peaceful frame of mind and bring love, happiness and inner calmness in our stressful and chaotic life.
I have seen many people who meditate spreads a different kind of positive energy or vibes, which reflects through their eyes and the way they smile. I've never tried meditation or chakras and this is the very first book I read on meditation.
I've tried few meditation techniques mentioned by Joseph Gibbins. He described 4 meditations and how to perform them. He also discussed some information by which we can decide if the meditation is right for us in our current situation.
I have tried Zen meditation from chapter-5 of this book. I never felt so good. It relaxed my mind and my soul. The stress reduction tips were great as well. I would definitely recommend this book to my family and relatives. Everyone needs to meditate in order to keep the balance of mind, to maintain peace and the serenity of the soul.
