Since I am not new to meditation (just wanted to learn more so I could meditate more effectively), I found the answers that I sought in this book.
My favorite and most helpful chapter is: Chapter Visualization - This had a profound effect on me. This chapter explains how Dr. Bernie Siegel uses Visualization with his patients. He encourages the patients to see their own visualization of health, healing etc. Also in this chapter are thoughts about Vizualation by Dr. Chopra, Dr Weiss, Dr Simonton etc.
In fact EVERY CHAPTER in this book is very helpful. If you are NEW TO MEDIATION, this is a must read! If you are interested in meditation, this is also a must read!
