The author not only provided the recipes but also gave easy cooking instruction. There is discussion about diet plan also through which you can easily reduce your weight.

I firmly recommend this book on the off chance that you require different feast choices for the Mediterranean diet.
I tried some of breakfast recipes and it's very very simple to prepare with fewer ingredients. I and my husband loved “Oven Roasted Eggplant”, roasted eggplant with lemon flavor was amazing. We wanted to make it bit spicy and I added pepper to it. It was yummy. It would have been great, if author would have included images and nutrient content with recipes.
