Having support to stick with new eating habits is key. This book helps you get that support from friends and family who share your goals. The checklists make it east to prepare meals with other people. Together, you will enjoy terrific meals and benefit from the healthy food you will be eating.

The recipes alone are fabulous. They represent many dishes my wife & I eat often. It is the menus where dishes are matched together for taste and ease of preparation that make this book so useful and different. Everything is organized so you can easily divide up the tasks and make cooking together fun! 

I spoke with a gentleman who recently developed an interest in cooking. Now he and his wife have a new activity they enjoy together and she gets his help and attention during meal time. The extra bonus is that they feel great eating these meals that are so good for their waistlines.

I needed some new ideas for fish, broccoli and spinach, 3 foods I cook every week. The ones in this collection are great. The author has menus and time management sheets in the back. I haven't used them yet, but they seem to be a nice and needed addition.

This book hardly had any recipes of any kind to offer - and those that seemed halfway decent, had ingredients that I couldn't figure out how I would find them. The book is very thin - so few pages. A real disappointment. If you are looking for a good book on the Mediterranean Diet - I don't recommend this book.

The best of both worlds--tantalizing and healthy recipes
at the same time!

Everything about this book made me want to run out
to buy the ingredients and get moving quickly so I could
taste these appealing recipes. So I did!

So far, I've tried the Greek Lemon Soup, the Poached Fish
with Cumin-Flavored Tomato Sauce, and the Spinach with
Pine Nuts and Garlic. . . All were delicious and easy recipes
to follow. . .And I could feel good about the healthy meal I
was eating, as well!
