Linda's a really terrific person, in addition to being a jaw-droppingly accurate Psychic/Medium. Get a copy - highly recommended. Not only will you be absolutely entertained by her writing style and humor, but you'll be truly intrigued with her life's work!
A double thumps up.
I wish the Other Side vignettes were longer and more detailed. There were also tantalizing references to a side of her life she didn't go into much like living in sophisticated circumstances in Malibu and knowing Jim Morrison of The Doors. I would have loved it if she'd worked more of that in.
I wasn't as interested in her career moves and products and services in the latter half of the book. It was written in as part of her life's narrative for sure, but I really wanted to hear more of the personal stories with clients or in her own life.
What caught my eye eventually was a more subtle grace note in this multi-level autobiography. It is the gift of gratitude. Lauren is grateful for her ancestors, her family, her friends, her psychic gifts, her life and the lessons that life has taught her.
I am grateful for the information she willingly gives...and because she serves up these slices of her life in a thoroughly enjoyable, beautifully written book. I enjoyed it with hot chocolate in front of a warm fire on a cold snowy day. But you can enjoy it anywhere.
