Brakes are the most effective of any one I have ever had. I love the under seat cloth bag vs the cumbersome metal baskets. I am not 500lbs by any means but it's nice to know that it can accommodate that weight. The seat is a bit lower which helps when sitting. I have long legs and it is perfect. My last one was too high and I actually slid off it one time. It won't happen with this model. The nice part to is it has a Lifetime Limited Warranty. All in all, I HIGHLY recommend this HD Rollator over many others.
After the left rear wheel came off, I looked at the right wheel and it's also starting to be slightly wobbled so that just serves to verify the quality is not there - so I have filed a warranty claim and presume they will address it but if the underlying problem is not corrected, it will just occur again - fortunately for me, I'll be off this in another couple of weeks hopefully - but I wanted to keep it just in case I need it later should I have surgery again - now I'm rethinking that.
