I needed a sight to use when I'm at the beach or the shooting range, specifically for sighting in my rifles. I also wanted one that would be able to be mounted on a tripod, and when I saw this MeeQee unit I placed my order.
When it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised at the build quality, especially for a unit that's so reasonably priced. The main portion of the scope felt thick and solid construction wise, and it felt very sturdy in my hand while operating it.
I took the MeeQee to the beach one day, and found that operating it is very simple and intuitive. Zoom and focus were very easy to operate via the eye cup piece and top knob, and there's even an adjustment if you're using glasses. The scope is very sharp when looking through the eye piece, and I did not notice any distortion in my field of view. I also like the fact that the front and rear optics have covers to protect the glass and coating. For it's size, the unit offers good magnification while avoiding being too large and bulky to carry on a hiking trip.
Overall, I'm very pleased with this MeeQee monocular, and am sure it will give many happy years of service.

This thing is so cool! I intended on giving it to my husband for Father's Day but couldn't wait. He is in the Coast Guard and has always wanted a high powered monocular of his own. I wasn't even sure how to use it but he knew immediately and absolutely loves it! The focus is easy to manage, its lightweight but very good quality at the same time! We live on a river that has lots of commercial fishing and commerce that navigates it and my husband has found his new favorite hobby--sitting on our front porch checking out the action on the boats as they go by! Haha

Nice little scope. Good diopter adjustment and focus knob has very smooth action.

Finally!!! I can wear glasses & still see through the lens! I love this monocular. Bought it for bird-watching.
