"Hubrids grow up onboard in a collective society based on function, work, and duty. Free will is a meaningless concept for them. Independent activity and freedom of choice are severely limited. Love and affection, apart from that given by abductees, is probably not within their experience. Work and rules are everything. For hybrids and hubrids, life onboard is extremely circumscribed." "The deep love, too, really is surprising to them. He [the adult hybrid] doesn't think that [deep love] is necessarily a good thing at all." There are no discussions about spirituality, unconditional love, dimensions or a New Earth in Jacobs book.
The human race has allegedly been under low visibility shadow control for centuries by hidden elements centered on greed, violence and economic slavery by controllers descended from the Anunnaki which have placed the Earth in a very dangerous shambles. This new challenge from the Grays could displace the existing power/money structure due to the ability of the Grays to transfix and psychically entrain humans through neural engagement.
"All abductees are lifelong victims of the abduction program and deserve understanding and empathy. But 'special abductees' experience something even worse. They are unwilling workers in an organization they had no choice but to join. They desperately wish they could get out of this captivity, and these 'special' duties add to their feeling that they are betraying the human race." There is much alarming discussion about "The Change" when hubrids become the dominant species. To accomplish this colonization, hubrids are not allowed to breed between themselves, only with existing Earth residents--the takeover thesis.
Warnings to this effect are not new and can be found in the precocious books of George Andrews [eg Extra-Terrestrial Friends and Foes]. One online source Discerning Alien Disinformation cautions us: "Along with sharp reasoning, intuition is our most natural and immediate line of defense against alien deception. It is the beginning of higher spiritual intelligence where truth is recognized directly, and thus it undercuts clever sophistry, emotional manipulation, and selective evidence, which appeal only to intellect and emotionalism."
This new book under review, Meet the Hybrids, presents a more upbeat contrasting view. Here a competing scenario is presented closer to one described by Arthur C. Clark in Childhoods End. Children with new abilities are born to Earth parents who may or may not acknowledge or encourage their Star Child heritage. A distinction is made between starseeds and hybrids. Huge numbers of starseed volunteers arrive through traditional genetics ready to participate in the anticipated energy shift and once they arrive are pretty much left to their own unique serendipitous process to locate mentors and trainers that will place them on a firm footing that will help them anchor the human psyche via "Connection, communication, empowerment, enlightenment, liberation, inspiration, raising consciousness, healing, protection and care for people, animals and Mother Earth."
A lesser number of hybrids are born by conventional birth, but with unique genetics in which Source may be directly involved. These future trainers/coaches are closely guided and protected with a direct connection to the star families whose off planet DNA they inherit. Such DNA may include that from Arcturians, Pleiadians, Mantis beings, friendly Reptilians, and the Tall White Zetas. This service-to-others mix of races are working together to answer the call for help from Gaia. This is not about saving the human race, per se, but about addressing the needs of the planet wherever that leads. The planet needs to shift to a fifth dimensional frequency and humans are the biggest impediment to that goal. In the book it is clear that the shift is underway and that the presence of properly trained starseeds will be instrumental in the frequency shift needed.
The hybrids are directly involved in normal family life when they are born. The lives of eight hybrids are detailed in the book using their real names. A methodology similar to the doctoral thesis Exo-Psychology Research, by CristiAnne Quiros is adopted. The job of the authors is to compare/contrast the lives and goals of the research subjects into an integrated view. The hybrids act as buffer zone ambassadors between the star beings and the starseeds "...new bridges and frequencies are shifting things into the new paradigm, allowing humanity to evolve. It has to be done slowly because humans are not yet open to embracing their family from other star systems.” They are here "...to assist starseeds to fully awaken to their true mission on Earth." There are extensive discussions about the importance of spirituality, dimensions and a New Earth in this book along with frequent references to the cultivation of unconditional love and a pure heart.
"We do this simply by surrounding ourself with the Light of Source, and filling our hearts with unconditional love—first directing it to self, then to all others." The takeover thesis is an example of "a parallel hybrid program underway which is in the ‘service to self’ column—as opposed to the ‘service to others’ work that they are a product of." It would be very easy to jump to an alarmist view if you only heard one side of this story.
The New Earth: “As we are raised into higher frequencies, that perceived duality disappears and there is only love, peace and joy. The New Earth is love, peace and joy; we can be in those higher frequencies if we choose to—anybody can.”
"We can send love and healing thoughts and images to the Earth, ourselves, and all life forms. We can bless the sky, the trees and the stones as we stroll through the woods. We can radiate love to the stars. We can pray, meditate, tone, sing, dance, play and laugh along with everything else that celebrates life. Creative expression and beauty lifts our souls....Most of all, living from the heart raises our frequencies and allows us to see that we are One in love.”
Just one word of criticism - it's a pity that David Jacobs' book on ET contact is mentioned in the bibliography section at the back. He takes a quite negative and fear-oriented view on the subject, which is not typical of most genuine ET contact experiences. It's all very well saying that balance is needed, but so much of this type negative viewpoint is nothing more than disinformation and 'cosmic racism.'

In 1988 I was living in a community in Iowa where meditation was a common practice and people had all sorts of exotic interests. A friend went on a trip to Egypt to learn about the Nile temples and their secrets, and I asked how it had been. "Do you know about the Space People?" he asked, and of course I said "Tell me!" ... "Well, there's three things about them..." he replied "First, they have an insatiable appetite for science fiction, and second, they have a real sense of urgency for change." Well, I'm pretty high on both those scale, having devoured science fiction whilst a kid, and being something of an activist.
"So what's the third?" I asked, and his reply was rather conspiratorial – "They've got an extra vertebra!" Well that is kind of hard to fake. I'd had back problems once, seen a chiropractor, who tool full back X-Ray, and told me "you've got an extra vertebra." So, bingo – I scored three out of three, and learned I'm a space person... Perhaps...
But I was sufficiently bemused by the news that I forgot to ask what space people do. I'd think about that from time to time, and wonder if I'm on track. Of course I take it with a pinch of salt, asa bit of fun, but whenever I tell this story to a friend (or relative!) and say "So I'm a space person!" they pretty much all say, not unkindly, "David, we knew that already." So... Anyway, how do I like this book, at long last?
I read it quickly and found it fascinating, and not alien at all. It was interesting and informative, and in roughly equal parts hard to believe – and hard not to believe. It's hard to believe that we're alone in the universe, or that technologies more advanced than ours would permit fast and easy space travel. But if space people visit, and are already here, would our governments want us to know? I can easily imagine why not. But there's lots out there now to suggest We Have Contact, and that for the most part they think we're cute. The Bible hints at this – e.g. Genesis 6:2 – "...the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose."
The bottom line is that according to some bible interpreters, and Miguel and Barbara's interviewees, DNA is a standard for genetic codes, at least in the local cluster, and we're genetically compatible with ETs, and can interbreed – and already did so a long time ago – and in fact all of us are hybrids. That may be a little hard to digest, but it's kind of an interesting speculation – and if we can keep our minds open long enough to play with the idea, it opens up all kinds of interesting possibilities – including space travel faster than Elon Musk is planning, and far better energy technologies than fossil fuels.
But the hybrid interviewees say the fancy technologies are NOT the big agenda. Most important is that we wake up and treat each other and our planet better. So their thinking about consciousness, about society, and the environment suggests they care more about us than we do ourselves – which is pretty neat, and will hopefully inspire a few more of us to get our act together. I can't quite imagine what it feels like to be a hybrid, but if space people really exist, these folks are great ambassadors – and far from being all doom and gloom, the future for humanity looks like it could be pretty cool.
So thanks Miguel and Barbara for finally writing a book about space people and what they do. It's been worth the wait... <Grin>.
Well done Barbara and Miguel for such a good job. Can't wait for the next one!
