1. Cleans and conditions. You don't need to buy two separate products for each.
2. Leaves leather with a rich luster without being too shiny and refective like Armorall.
3. NO greasy residue or greasy finish. It dries clear.
If you use it on cheaper leather seats, it makes the seats very slippery.
I used this on a 2008 Honda and it's almost comical how I slip and slide around the seat after using this product.
On softer leathers like in a BMW, it just cleans and conditions without being slippery.
Great for leather interiors but would not use this again on leather seats in cheaper cars.
The only slightly negative aspect to this spray is that my seats are pretty slippery for at least several days after use, some people suggest that it's because of "cheap" leather seats (I don't have the high-end Recaro leather) so perhaps that's not anything having to do with Meguiar's spray itself. Our only other vehicle with "leather" is a Honda Accord (and if I remember correctly the brochure called the seats leatherette, likely meaning fake leather), so I imagine those seats also will be slick after use too.
All-in-all I'd recommend Meguiar's, it's a reputable brand and inexpensive when bought here on Amazon. Definitely better than having a car wash do your seats with some random product!
Edit: March 30th, 2014:
It seems like the product might've been reformulated. It works just as well as ever but has a different smell now. I don't really know how to describe the scent but it's reasonably pleasant. Also, be sure to give the bottle a good shake before using!
If you like your leather looking shiny, then this product is for you. However, here are couple of tips :
1) Be careful not to splash the product onto other unintended areas, such as the side plastic/vinyl surfaces. As I've mentioned, this product leaves surfaces looking very shiny/greasy. After using it on my seats, the next day I found splotches and spots all over the vinyl surfaces reminiscent of oil spots.
2) Make sure to cover the ENTIRE seat, including all the folds and crevices. Otherwise you will be left with a two-tone, splotchy looking mess.
If you have already used this product and do not like to look, I found that Meguiar's Quik Interior Detailer Cleaner works great for cleaning off the product. When I found my seats and other interior surfaces looking greasy and spotty the next day, I thought I had ruined them forever. But I was so relieved to find the Quik Interior Detailer make quick work of removing the oily spots.
In hindsight, I should have known that most of today's automotive leathers come with plastic top coating, so applying a conditioner does little to nothing. I would suggest, especially to other Audi owners with Nappa leather, to just skip the conditioner part and use a standalone cleaner. I recommend Meguiar's Quik Interior Detailer as it leaves no shiny residue, streaks or spots.Read more ›

Made my leather look fresh and protected from this harsh summer here in south Texas! Worth the buy for the price.Published 15 hours ago by Steven Baca
Good cleaner but leaves leather slippery and shiny. That is a negative for me.
Two stars for the greasy finish.
Used to give black leather seats (automotive) a nice clean up.
The only thing I didn't particularly like is that the leather felt a little greasy afterwards. Read more
This seems to work as advertised. It is easy to apply and has a pleasant order.Published 8 days ago by Cynthia E. Ledbetter
Seats are shiny as can be, yet not greasy at all. Best stuff I have found yet for the money.Published 10 days ago by Matthew Evans
The product works but when I tried it on a dark spot, it was not able to clean it or remove enough the first to make it look new. Has a good sent though.Published 11 days ago by Michael shute
This didn't work for taking ink stains off my leather purse. But I'm sure it does a good job with regular leather cleaning. I'll keep it and use it to clean my car seats I guess.Published 15 days ago by Moonblue72
I used this product and thought it gave a really nice look and smell. I just used it for the first time so I can't vouch for longevity of it yet but so far so good.Published 17 days ago by candy1119
