This entire series has been the bomb. The entire Jackson family is just awesome and so real. Mel and Tia are having a baby! and you know big sister Margie is going to have to go off on somebody before it's all said and done. The Jackson family is still just as loving, loud and nosey as ever and we wouldn't want them any other way. This story was written primarily from Tia and Mel's first person points or view and it worked like a charm. This is a true testament to Sienna's writing ability, to get in the head of each character and have them to express their feelings and points of view in a way that is not only entertaining but insightful. At times I wondered if she had a man writing Mel's parts because they were so spot on!
Being able to go inside their minds and see the way they viewed each others actions. My favorite part of the book was when she was telling Chunky about Mel's past and she realized she should not have. Man we have all been there. No, it was not wise and even as the words came out you knew it was a poor decision.
This book was just so real but it is one of those stories where you can see the evolution of the characters. That's what I liked about it. Yes, I love Mel's, sometimes, overly aggressive a@@, but it's great that he reaches out for help with his temper. Tia learns how important it is to communicate with your spouse.
Well done Sienna! I am going to miss Margie though!
Tia and Mel are perfect for each other. They are not perfect just perfect for each other. You get first person view from both sides...Mel's and Tia's, and it works out beautifully into a wonderful love saga.
I love how Mel and Tia deal with their issues from inside and outside the relationship and especially how they relate to each other and family and even the stupid jerk friend that shows up.
I normally don't care for books written in the characters point of view but this series by Sienna Mynx is hot!
I know this was the last book but I'm still wondering " Did Mel ever get his soldier? "
You have to read the book to know what I mean.
