This is adorable. My son has been begging to have his face painted for weeks, ever since it was done at a festival. Decided to get this for him as a Christmas present and it didn't disappoint. Very easy to use. Painted him as a little tiger last night and I see many more uses in our future.
Pros:
-The illustrations are easy to follow.
-The paint was pretty easy to apply (see cons below for more detail)
- I love the packaging. Great to have the book attached to the paints with a place to store the sponge and brush.
Cons:
-It was a little tough to get the black paint off. My child is 3 and not great about holding still for scrubbing his face, and terrible about keeping his eyes closed when I'm washing him. So he went to sleep with some paint still on his face. Not really a big deal, but I wish it were easier to wash off.
-You have to do a little mixing on your own to get orange, pink, blue, etc...There are only primary colors included. I'm not that talented, so having only a sponge to try to mix them with wasn't ideal. If someone else has ideas on how to mix them I'd love to hear :)
Overall, a really cute set. The paint will last quite a while and it's lots of fun for the little's.

Really Loved it until the blue didn’t wash off- like at all- rubbing alcohol, soap and water, make up remover - didn’t come off . It stained my face, husbands and kids for a day😱 thank goodness I didn’t make an entire face full using blue!

Smaller than i expected

I was a bit disappointed with this kit and the amount of ideas in the book were not as many as I had expected. It is a really nice quality little booklet but I really wish there were more ideas and more face paint. For the price I was really expecting a little more bang for the buck. I prefer the original klutz book with attached face paint kit. Still the best in my memory. I will post an update when we see how the paints go on,wear and how they come off.

Blue doesn’t wash or even scrub off!
