About the Author
Kevin Canady, aka Mad Man Pondo, is one of the most famous people ever to come out of the tiny town of Flora, Illinois. He’s wrestled all over the world, appeared in a horror film, driven in a demolition derby, and married an Asian woman. He’s met a lot of really cool people, and he’s written a book about his life called Memoirs of a Mad Man. Maybe you’ve read it already. John Cosper is a wrestling historian and writer from Southern Indiana. His previous works include Bluegrass Brawlers: The Story of Professional Wrestling in Louisville, Eat Sleep Wrestle, Louisville’s Greatest Show: The Story of the Allen Athletic Club, and Don’t Call Me Fake: The Real Story of “Dr. D” David Schultz. He also writes a little sci-fi and has produced a number of short films. You can learn more about these books and more at his website eatsleepwrestle.com.
