Have had my Elite for almost 2 years now. It is so versatile and well built! I smoke 2 times a week even during MN winters. It is so consistent, not one issue since I have had it. I smoke fish, chicken, turkey, ribs , brisket and so on. I also love the fact I can grill or bake with this unit. We do high temp pizza cooks at least once a week. The people at Memphis are also extremely nice and helpful. Best Pellet smoker I have had yet! I am not an employee, just a customer who thinks thinks this is a great product and company.
