I'm new to high quality optics but this set of binoculars is outstanding. Love the size and the image quality. I am not a birder; purchased for sporting events and concerts as well as general viewing. I have been very pleased thus far. Who knows, maybe I will take up birding too. I'm sure these will fit the bill. My only beef is that the case provided is too small. Overall very happy with these binos.

Super high quality optics for the price. These are perfect for warblers and other forest birds because of their fast focus and wide field of view. They are also a great choice for older users because the 6.5x magnification is easier to hold steady than higher power binoculars.

The absolutely best bino's I've owned and I've owned quite a few pair. From early Tasco's to Nikon X's, The size and weight are perfect for bow-hunting. the scratch resistant film is flawless. For the money, the best you can get. The lifetime transferable warranty is a very nice touch cause I'm hard on bino's.

These reminded me of many of the Chinese binoculars with poor quality control. You get what you pay for on these which isn't much. The focus felt like it had sand in it. Don't waste your time.

Wide, sharp, super-sharp view. true color. These are special. I double-checked the depth of field (the range where you don't have to refocus)...it's beyond 8x30 Yosemites (which are deep for 8x) and even old 6x30s (a major achievement). The contrast (color saturation, lack of haze) isn't just good: it's amazing. To do better you would need three times this price. These pups are heavy, though: all that precision metal inside. I'm getting a decent camera bag. The case that comes with it is barely up to
fitting these. Veiwing with glasses on (at the halfway click of the eyecup) is a wonderful experience. The right lens diopter adjustment is the most elegant I have seen.

wanted to post a review due to the fact theres only one other review here and its 1 star! ..anyways im a hunter and a bino junkie and for bowseason this year i wanted to get myself a good solid pair of binoculars. i already own a pair of 10x42 so i was looking for a 6 or 7x32 or an 8x.....i read through hundreds of reviews and looked through a few different pairs and what i decided on were these. i nearly purchased the zeiss conquest hd 8x32 but after handling them i didnt care for how they felt and didnt like the focus wheel (or the price). I didnt look thro these meoptas in the store but i own a couple of Meopta products and love them so i ordered these and i must say these are one of the best values in binoculars today...the 6.5x magnification is plenty for most situations and the build on these is great...good weight, rugged and strong...very easy on the eyes with very clear bright optics..super nice close focus as well....the covers fit nicely...only negative is the pouch is a bit tight. there arent many choices out there for a good 6x binocular...i dont think anyone will be dissapointed with these!

These are an excellent set of bins for the price. Focus knob is silky-smooth, with no backlash. Medium focus speed, which is perfect for us. Excellent build quality, as is to be expected from Meopta products. Objective covers stay on quite well. Optical performance is very good. The view is bright and wide, with very little distortion at the edges, and no rolling-ball when panning. Diopter is easy to adjust, but stays put. One thing I really like about them is that the rubber armouring extends outwards next to the strap lugs, and keeps them from contacting the hand. Very good ergonomics for medium and large hands. One thing I didn't like is the neckstrap, which for me is much too large for this weight class. Don't particularly care for the case either, but it does do what it was intended for. Should also mention that eye relief is easily long enough for eyeglass wearers. Since my wife wears glasses, these have become her favorite set of binoculars.
