It even gives you help for how to deal with employees who may react negatively to the merger and how to avoid some of the stress that comes along with this task. TIps about dealing with the other company are also included. A very well written guide to help get you through this time.
He does not hide the truth from you: he speaks out, that you will face challenges on this field – eg. competition, job loss, stress, etc… He even brings you examples from real life to prove that. He gives you his advices about how honest you should be, how you should handle your team-members, how you can deal with your negative employees and how you can bring your teams closer to eachother. The book speaks about the way to the cultural success also, like about process changes. You can even read about how you can harness the dissents, if you read this book. At the end you will find his advices about how to build and maintain momentum, and – in order to encourage you – you will find some positive examples of the history of M&A in the book.
