Their innovative designs include highly customizable workouts, data tracking and storing technology, and compatibility with MP3 players, including speakers. Many of their products feature several LED displays to better inform the user of progress, heart rate, and calories burned. Only through heart rate monitoring can one really track what kind of workout they are getting, so these functions are present on nearly all of their products. Top customer reviews
The packaging is extremely horrible and not protective of the treadmill in any way. I hope the company pays attention and enforces better padding and protection to the treadmill.
The reason is, i receieved my treadmill and as soon as i unpacked it, little parts (plastic compenents) were falling off due to damage (during shipping/transport)
So thats what you can expect. It is very frustrating receiving a pricy item in such form.
Now concerning set up:
It is extremely easy to set up and adjust. It is not complicated and everything worked how it is supposed to.
I will update my review regarding the treadmill after running on it for a while.
1) The treadmill is easy to set up and move
2) Sufficient running surface and simple variety of running programs.
3) Price: This treadmill is appropriately middle ground. Its not too cheap or over priced.
4) It does not take up a lot of room and works perfect for apartments. To save more space you can fold the treadmill and thats a plus.
Therefore, if you are a runner (4 days/week) or a daily walker; this treadmill fits the bill and does the job.
I just hope the company takes the packaging seriously because more and more customers will be turned off by receiving a damagaed product before first time use
The machine came packed very well. In fact, it was out in a severe downpour before we got home from work and the interior pieces were all dry even though the outer box was trashed. Unfortunately that meant we had to hand-carry it piece by piece to its final resting place which #1) I DO NOT RECOMMEND as it is very heavy and unwieldy and #2) the packaging itself states you should do under no circumstances. However, I'd rather risk it than track mud all over my carpet moving the box indoors. So piece by piece, we moved and assembled our machine.
Total setup time took about an hour, and setting up the bars/console required very little technical ability so I wouldn't be daunted in the least. The instructions are very clear and thorough.
The 6 programs, inclines, speeds and the console itself are all great. The console buttons are easy to use even while in a full run so it's easy to switch up your routine on the fly. What I dislike is the emergency stop magnet is very weak, so if you bump it pumping your arms while running the machine will grind to a halt. If you're confident enough, I would recommend leaving it off to the side and out of the way.
The machine is fairly quiet and the stride cushion is decent, but not great. On our machine, the latch that keeps it in the upright position when folded is also off center, meaning we can't latch it unless one person holds it up and another pushes the bar inward to catch it. I don't know if that is a defect or a problem that occurred during shipping, but it means we can't fold up our machine. I've also noticed that the cushions the running platform rests on to absorb some of the shock is off-center; our running platform rests on it by just a hair on the one side and almost fully covers it on the other side. Lastly, the tread is just the slightest bit uneven which we attempted to fix with the tightening bolts at the bottom but were unable to. Again, we think this is because the running platform is off-center. None of these defects prevent us from using the machine.
Speaking of folding up, do pay attention to the dimensions of the folded machine because it is not as much of a space saver as you might think it is.
Overall, the machine works for its intended purpose, seems well built except for a few minor defects, and has a great cost point.
At all. It's a bulky and heavy equipment. But. let's be serious. For a semi-pro equipment, this was to be expected.
After a good, long hour, a few minutes before the final touches, I realized that the core frame was at one end sort of damaged, quite seriously dented!
I feared the worst, that I would be forced to disassemble the whole thing and to ship it back. What a nightmare this would have been.
So out of necessity I tried to fix it myself and with some handy tools of my own I was able to straighten the frame and to complete the assembly.
Ever since I have been on my treadmill every day.
