Encore Slide Pro for work I was excited to get them! The fit was terrible for the size I wear, 11, so I returned the in exchange 1 size larger, size 12! I got 1 foot in the shoe but it was so uncomfortblely narrow I return them.
I like the style of the Encore Pro so I gave it one more shot and ordered a size, 13! The fit is great, however, using them at work (I'm a chef) the pains of wearing a size too big started! I'm getting a pair of orthodox inserts to see if it helps, if it doesn't, I'm throwing in the towel and returning them!
Other than that I love the construction and support.

About me: I have worn a size 13 since a teenager. I have many other shoes in this size from brands such as Clarks, (work) Merrell, (hiking) Nike, (running) Toms (casual), Skechers (work), and the only sizing exception being for Sanuk sandals which I go one size down as they stretch.
I ordered these Merrell in a 13 just like my other Merrell shoes and boots are. They were so big they fell off my feet when I stepped.
Exchanged for a 12, seemed comfortable at first, took a step and my heel completely popped out.
I have returned the 12s and am not sure I want to try going down any more sizes as the shoe will probably get too narrow. Either my feet magically warp sizing before putting these on, or something is up with the larger-sizing scheme of this model.
