The book contains some very good information about equipment, creating a winning fire and aromatic techniques. He goes over the different types of grills and even how to recycle your coals. There are recipes for; marinades, sauces, meats, poultry, fish, shellfish, skewers and kabobs, vegetables and side dishes and fruits.
We have especially enjoyed the stuffed flank steak and grilled fish in spicy beer sauce.
This is a cookbook where you feel the author Boog is really talking to you. He gives good, simple advice and recipes that are both basic and those that are a bit different. I would recommend this to all barbeque enthusiasts and especially to those just starting out.
This book covers everything from poultry to seafood and Boog does a great job of providing many different creative 'concoctions' to tantilize your tastebuds.
As a person who loves food and knows a good cookbook when I see it, I highly recommend adding this to your collection.
