"Metabolism" is one of those terms that gets constantly thrown around, but few people really understand it. I often hear people say they have a "slow" or "fast" metabolism or need to "boost" their metabolism but does it really work like this?
I got this book to finally get past all the metabolism myths and figure out the key, once and for all. If you're looking to do the same - whether for weight loss, health, or any other reason - then I suggest you do the same!
