I gave me a nice overview of superfoods and their benefits (which are huge by some). Enough choices for everyone, even if you aren't a huge fan of healthy foods. There will be foods you'll like as well :)
Try things out and you'll be surprised how much you like.
I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, because there were some duplicate foods in it. So not really 101 :) I hope the writer will replace these with new ones, because there are some great foods out there.
