My primary care doctor in collusion with his in-house dietician got me on this in combination with Inflavonoid when I wanted off NSAIDs and Vicodin as much as possible. I have severe degenerative arthritis following knee injuries, hip joint injury, ... I could go on, but basically I'm a walking, stumbling accident prone idiot who didn't take care of herself properly. At 35 I totally screwed up my left knee and now have no meniscus and just a hot mess of arthritis to the point my orthopedic surgeon classed me as permanently disabled with the cheerful aside that it would only get worse over a 5 yr period until knee replacement would be my only option.

The combination of Kaprex & Inflavonoid Intensive Care got me *almost entirely off Vicodin within a month of beginning them & dramatically reduced my need for Ibuprofin. I would probably have been completely off of everything but these supplements if I had done what my doctors advised and changed professions ... but that is easier advised than actually done in this economy.

If it's swelling/inflammation is an issue still like I had (7lbs of water weight on my damaged knee!!) try using the Ultra Inflamx protein powder in combo with these as well. I was on the regular Ultra Meal stuff for weight loss (despite my love for tacos ... this is one of the best things to reduce the joint strain) but the water weight was stubbornly not shedding due to inflammation, so the dietician switched me to the Inflamax and BAM! Yea, peed like a juiced up racehorse, but dang it worked!!

It's pretty rare that I need Ibuprofen or Vicodin anymore. I haven't even asked for a Vicodin refill in the last 3 yrs, and my surgery was 3.5 yrs ago!

Kaprex was a great alternative to Naproxen Sodium and Ibuprofen for me. I was alternating taking the two NSAIDS for my lumbar spine issues and starting to have stomach issues from both. My chiropractor introduced me to Kaprex, which seems to have no side effects for me but which helps a lot with the inflammation.

My first acquaintance with this product was when prescribed by an alternative-practicing MD who had treated my husband for chronic Lyme disease. Luckily his discomforts have subsided, but when I could no longer take ibuprofen due to a new onset of hypertension, I was really have a tough time with joint discomforts and morning stiffness. My particular problem is generalized joint inflammation (especially back area) as related to Sjogren's. We still had some Kaprex in the home and its effectiveness has been amazing! I have since then been ordering regularly and take 2x daily as suggested. As a nurse, I try to research all products thoroughly, and I am relieved that there are no reported interactions. My BP has returned to a normal range and there seems to be no issues with my current antihypertensive regimen. I strongly encourage anyone having joint stiffness or pain to give it a try!

I had a serious clicking in my right knee with swelling & minor aches for over a year . I went to the doctor and tried the anti-inflammatory medicines, icing daily and nothing! My Chiropractic said to try the Kaprex for a month to see if it would help...within a week ALL my joints were feeling better. I didn't even realize my fingers were that swollen till they stop hurting and I can type faster! I finished the first month and purchased another bottle and after about 2 weeks my knee popped twice right behind my knee cap....all the clicking stopped and I can feel the blood flowing again!! It has been 3 weeks now since that has happened and loving life again..walking, mowing the grass. The bottle says Worry-Free joint Relief and it is so true. I am 57 yrs old but my joints feel morre like I did when I was in my 20's.

My mother has trigger finger, and surgery was recommended to stop it. Our new doctor recommended and sold her this product. Within a week, the problem was resolved! When she was in a rehab facility for a broken arm, they wouldn't give it to her, and the problem came back. A week after returning home, she is knitting again. No other product has done this for her. She won't be without it now.

Part of an effective regimen that has many components for my osteoarthritis of the hip.
Preceding my hip inflammation by four or so years, a long standing condition of repetitive injury, specifically groin strain, then the pain/inflammation and weakness began spreading to the adductor muscle (inside thigh muscle), then continuing on to affect my abductor or outside thigh muscle and IT band, which runs from knee to upper side buttocks, into the lower back, this IT band is very long!. So in this cascade of effects, the hip joint was out of alignment and then subject to friction because it was no longer sitting in the proper alignment.
Though various chiropractors and massage therapists offered me some relief, with one chiropractor getting me back to about 85%range of motion and no pain. However, for some unknown reason he changed his protocol and it was no longer effective in putting and/or keeping the hip joint in its place. Had someone somewhere along the way, given me hip stabilization exercises, which I found out too late from a sports therapist, I would rarely have had to go back to someone to have this hip joint put back into place, instead keeping the joint aligned with very specific exercises designed to keep it there.
So I find myself not only with osteoarthritis, but also still the chronic pain, weakness and inflammation surrounding the whole hip complex.
Though prescription strength ibuprophen, and then sometimes flexaril - muscle relaxer - would often give me immediate relief, taking these over a long period of time are actually detrimental to the health of the joint and muscle tissues.
