Methods of the Masters is an amazing compilation of real woman's invigorating stories and their methods of overcoming obstacles in creating a whole, complete life they love to live. This book accomplished a twofold purpose for me. First it is encouraging for mind, body and soul-providing quizzes, internal "work" and recommendations that I personally found beneficial as a woman facing trials and tribulations launching a new business. Second what an awesome reference to share with my clients of my holistic health coaching business. As a holistic health coach-we look at primary foods-career, relationships, spirituality and physical activity along with secondary foods-the nutrition we put into our body-this book touches on both primary and secondary food and IS a must read for any woman who breathes..your mom, sister, daughter, niece..while you get the picture

Inspiring!

Often in this life journey, I wish that I could have a group of mentors that could guide me as I traverse the waters of my life. This book is like having a collection of them that you can carry around! It's filled with chapter after chapter of inspiring stories and words of wisdom, and a different woman -- aka master -- has written every chapter, so you get a different perspective with the turn of a page. It's the kind of book that you'll return to again and again, and because of the diverse voices in the book, you'll find different stories resonating with you at different times in your life. Some chapters are filled with exercises to get you closer to your spirit (Elaine Lemon's chapter) while other chapters allow you to walk down another woman's painful road (Blanca Cobb's chapter) and put your life in a new perspective and in the process move your life back on track. The stories will surprise you, inspire you and change you. I highly recommend this book!

Touching and inspiring!

The book Methods of the Masters was touching and raw real. It was very inspiring to hear their personal challanges are no different than my own. I related to many of the stories and each one was another affirmation to keep going and never give up. Very much an enjoyable read. Thank you to all the authors!

Beneficial information in this book for deepening personal awareness of your current journey. I liked the exercises in Chapter 2-they provide suggestions for moving through the thoughts/emotions that come up when engaging in self reflection. Thank you for sharing.
