For your convenience, I had Shannon Susko on my podcast, The Entrepreneurs Library, to give a deep dive on The Metronome Effect. With Shannon’s experience she gives amazing insight on how to achieve smooth, hyper organizational growth. If you would like to hear a real review from the author herself check out [...]or you can find the show on iTunes.
While some of these tools such as the Verne Harnish One Page Plan (OPP) was familiar to me, many others like the Five Forces and the Business Model Canvas was new to me. It is a delight to be given more proven templates and actions that can improve our businesses today. All based on Shannon's success in creating, growing, and selling to great businesses.
Buy and read The Metronome Effect. You, your business, and your team will get in alignment and grow into the success you deserve if you do.

Shannon has put her experience and knowledge into a coherent framework that helps everyone understand the key management dimensions and their interdependencies, necessary for creating and lead successful teams and subsequently organisations.
The tools and practices recommended/presented can be adjusted or changed to suit your situation.
The framework is about the whole and not just the individual parts/tools/processes, hence it has to be applied holistically.
Highly recommend it.
