A Guide to Collecting Cookbooks
Humble cookbooks have become highly desirable in the book collecting world. Learn more on AbeBooks.com.
Ask any group of people who love Mexican cooking to name their favorite dishes, and chances are you'll hear a familiar chorus: nachos, tacos, fajitas, burritos, guacamole. Clearly we Americans have fallen in love with the zesty flavors, rib-sticking satisfaction and mouth-watering piquancy of these snack-like dishes, which are typical of "Tex-Mex", "Cal-Mex" and Southwestern American cooking in general

I guess he never knew what a great book he had, until I actually prepared Mexican dishes myself reading this book. This book is really easy to follow for people who don't really know what Mexican food is like.
Now I can't eat at any Mexican restaurants in Tokyo, although there are some good ones. I much, much prefer to cook it myself.
Oh, I really need to mention something. I never had any heartburn after eating food I cooked myself following this book! Is that a good sing or what? ;-)
