After much research and, to be honest, 7 years of lusting after this line of cookware I recently splurged for this set. It is absolutely the best cookware I've used and it looks beautiful to boot.

This cookware is STURDY...and a bit heavy if that is a concern. The copper is THICK with the minimal amount of stainless steel coating the interior to keep the interior non-reactive and to allow it to stand up to utensils, etc.

The pans heat quickly and evenly and clean up easily (handwash only!) as well.
The pans all can go from stovetop to oven (500 degree maximum) and perform as well as one would expect for top of the line cookware.

I am extremely pleased with this set and hope my great grandchildren will enjoy them too years from now.

Items arrived with indents and scratches not acceptable for such an expensive item
