Connection is easy.Just r e a d the instructions carefully. There aren’t a lot of complicated things to it. There is some delay to the headphones but it’s really minor, at least in my case.Do wish the front LEDs that display the connection status were a tad bigger and brighter, they are hard to see. There are only 4 of them and they display the connection of two separate head sets.Controls are very simple, one big button in the front that controls a few functions via long and short presses. I don’t like that way of doing things, makes it hard to start over if you make a mistake but it’s not a deal breaker.All the wiring stuff you need is in the box. Size is quite small, a bit larger than a deck of cards. It is extremely light and can move around easily so it’s best to put it out of the way someplace... stick it to something with Velcro...not cheap hook and loop junk (am biased that way).Has a transmit and receive button in the back so you can put stuff on your tv if you like. I don’t use that function but it’s there. I leave it on receive all the time, I turn on my headphones and it connects automatically, that is very cool.A bit expensive but don’t dick around with the cheaper versions of things that claim to do what this thing does, don’t waste your time, I did and am sorry I didn’t fork out the extra bucks up front, coulda’ saved me a lotta (yes) aggravation.Note: If you don’t get sound out of your head phones check your TV’s audio settings.Make sure your audio format is set to PCM. Check your sound settings in your TV’s menu. If you have it set to Dolby or anything other than PCM this won’t work.
