I almost returned them, however, after only 2 days. Wearing them for more than an hour or so gave me a headache. They were far too tight on my 'regular' (I think) sized head. Throw in they have to fit over my wire rim glasses, the pressure made noticeable dents in the sides of my head. I tried them both with and without my small, behind the ear hearing aids. I decided it was more comfortable without them and I could hear clearly enough.
Perhaps the reason they're so tight is they expect that every buyer is a runner and would spend hours running and jogging while wearing them, so they need to be pretty tight. I bought them to sit in my big chair watching TV, and maybe walk to the kitchen every now and then. So I certainly don't want or need them tight. I'm a couch potato, so there's no need to have tight headphones.
The various wired headphones I've used in the past 10-20 years always had a hard plastic over-the-head part. More recent ones, like these headphones, were also too tight at the start. Being plastic, I simply immersed the over-the-head part in boiling water which softened the plastic and they took a new, wider, 'set' as I held them apart.
But these have padding around what I assumed was a plastic head part, just like the wired ones of the past. I didn't want to put that part under water as the foam inside would be permanently damaged and also wipe out any warranty and return options. So, I tried my hair dryer with a 16oz soda bottle holding the two headphones apart. 10 minutes of non-stop hair dryer did nothing. A 15 minute attempt failed, too. Leaving them with the bottle overnight helped loosen then, but only slightly. So my next idea was 'maybe they really are metal' parts. I made maybe 10 minimally small bends across the length of the padded part and opened them up. I didn't want to break them if it IS plastic! A second and third pass got them wide enough for my head.
So now I'm a happy camper! My only complaint is that they did not address how to widen the fit in the instructions.
Plus nowhere did I see it written that if you have secondary sound systems attached to your TV like a stereo system or soundbar, you would not be able to hook these up to them. Perhaps if I had much more expensive sound systems they might have an audio out on them for the Bluetooth transmitter, but neither did. So the whole thing was a time consuming exercise in frustration.
I was able to pair the headphones up with both my Samsung Note 4 and Samsung Tab and listen to music. I'm not an audiophile and I'm losing my hearing to a slight degree, but they sounded okay to me. Not knock your socks off Wow at all, just okay. I'm debating as to whether or not to keep them just to listen to music from my phone. The product itself is okay. It comes with a nice, hard sided carrying case which is a plus. BTW-you have to charge them out of the box, so you can't play with them for at least several hours while they get their first charge. I have a "medium large" head and I found the headphones to fit loosely. They adjust for bigger size, but I evidently need something a half a step smaller. The ear covers are some kind of padded leather. If it's warm when you have them on, you will notice your ears getting hot underneath them. They are over the ear just barely. I have pretty big ears and they just fit. The ear covers are fixed in position, so you can't rotate them and move the headband to a different angle to get the best fit.
These did not work for the specific purpose I bought them for. They fit loosely and the sound was just okay and they had a latency issue from the TV sound, so I could not recommend them.
One thing that I have found to be an issue with is, unless the headphones are completely charged up it is VERY difficult to pair with a LL BT transmitter. It will instead pair with the non low latency transmitter (like my iPhone) and work with the normal bluetooth delay.
Another issue that I've found is when I pair with my iPhone to listen to music and then want to re-pair with the Low Latency transmitter it takes me a LONG LONG LONG time to get it to connect in LL mode. To fix that I've found that I have to leave the headphones on the charger and then wait until fully charged again, then keep trying over and over until it finally pairs up in LL again. I keep the phones paired to one transmitter and then return to the transmitter again later they will pair again in LL without having to re-pair over and over. So it comes down to this, if you're going to use this with ONE LL source, these will be fine. If you plan to move from one location or device to another and switch between LL and non LL sources than I would consider something else. Otherwise these are really comfortable, and good noise isolation headphones with very good volume levels.
