Poor Quality and Customer Service

Don’t buy this watch. Have it to my GF for Christmas. She has only worn it 3 times out to dinner and already lost a stone. Contacted the Manufacturer and they told me it’s not covered under warranty. So basically they sell you a watch where the stones are not set in it properly and it’s up to you to pay and fix. Will not buy another MK watch as the quality and customer service sucks.

Do not purchase this watch , my 1st time today wearing this watch one stone has already fallen out! If one falls out more are soon to follow. I contact customer service for a partial refund and that's turned into a hassle. I've already had my jeweller take 2 links out so the watch would fit properly and now need to see if it's possible to replace the stone/s.

The watch it’s self was stunning, beautiful & Very much REAL micheal kors, and it was packaged perfect like they have in store! The only issue was that after 2 days of owning it i have to return it because of calibration & malfunctioning issues with the watch it’s self. 1 repair shops mentioned to me about something looking off but the shop i took it in was only to get it resized because i needed it smaller, and figured they were just needing some extra cash trying to fix a “fake problem”. The second time i took it some where else because i realized my stop watch wasn’t working properly, the date wasn’t changing, and the hour minute marker (above the actual number 12 and so on) was misaligned and something i didn’t notice it till Saturday night. But i figured it was something that was easily fixable. After taking it in on Sunday to a totally different repair shop they suggested to return the item because in long term it would cost more to fix and that it was something they didn’t want to mess with Incase it caused more damage. So sadly as much as i love this watch i am returning it for a full refund, i didn’t give a 0-2 star rating because the watch came perfectly packaged, brand new with tags, and with original micheal kors box & it was real for a lot of people who are wondering, it was just my luck to get a bad one.By Mirna Vendrell on January 7, 2018

I have been looking at this watch for a while every time I go to the Michael Kors store. When I found it on Amazon I was beyond happy, it came in all original MK packaging and and the same box as my other watch I bought in the store. I had to take a link out and that was easy enough. I highly recommend this watch to anyone. It is beautiful!

So in love with my new watch!! So pretty, not to big or heavy! I couldn't believe I only paid $160 for it! When I bought it I decided I would take it to a MK retailer and if it was fake return it. But nope the girl there was so jealous I got it for so cheap! I needed extra links so I was going to pay for them, but I was given a phone number to the MK manufacturer, and they are sending me the links for free! Definitely will be buying from this seller again. Did I mention it got here a day before it was supposed to? Big plus!!

Before wearing your new watch please note these things that’s why I’m able to find out to be fake:
1. Retail box comes with MICHAEL KORS embossed on the watch case.
2. The code at the back of the watch should have four letter number followed by a “-“ symbol ex:MK5865 but what I received was MK58651 so it’s a fake number.
3. In orginal they ll give you extra links, if there is no link then it’s a fake one.
4. The crown of the watch used to set the dial is to be in gold or any self color with MK symbol on it, if the color is different if it’s body then it’s fake.
5.Make sure the tag,the code at the back of the watch and the booklet picture all matches together. If it doesn’t then it’s fake.
6. The cushion given in the box would be harder and watch is wrapped on it if it has not wrapped and kept separately in a cover then it’s a fake one.

Si presenta bene ...però...se paragonato con lo stesso venduto in negozio ci sono delle differenze sostanziali come il peso e il coperchio sul retro... A vite anziché a pressione...Caratteristiche fondamentali che denotano la differenza tra un originale e no....furbamente le foto del venditore sono ok ...il prodotto no... Deshalb sende ich auch diese Uhr zurück, obwohl ich mir nicht zu 100% sicher bin, ob diese auch gefälscht ist oder nicht. Schaut eigentlich gar nicht schlecht aus. Durch die Tasche ist das Vertrauen in diesen Verkäufer definitiv nicht gegeben und deshalb geht alles zurück. Weiters hat die Uhr an der Unterseite des Bandes Abriebsspuren, wahrscheinlich durch Gebrauch? Also die Rosevergoldung ist abgerieben.
Rihctig traurig, dass Amazon solche Anbieter unterstützt. War bis jetzt mit Amazon immer sehr zufrieden.
