Easy to read and fun for kids approximately 4-6. The super-hero main character really draws kids in... the illustrations and fun rhyming keep them interested. Great book to use if you want to start conversation about recycling and other environmental topics. My kids love this book. Other favorites are the Garbage Monster and the Wartville Wizard. I do a lot of recycling presentations for young kids and find these 3 books to be awesome tools.

I work in the recycling field and always find it hard to find a creative story about recycling for kids. They don't need to need to know the facts and figures. This is a very cute story my kids love and I bought one for each of their classrooms this year. I will highly recommend to others.

I love this book. I bought it for my three-year old nephew, whose mom works in the industry after seeing my cousin read it to her third-grade class. It's a great story and very inspiring. They also offer a few sequels. It's a cool, modern book.

I bought this to accompany a lesson regarding recycling for the little folks. This book is fun and got rave reviews - they were giggling and learned about recycling in the process. It is just fun and silly and informative. And that is precisely what hooks kids oftentimes.

I bought this book for my niece to show her the value of recycling and I wasn't disappointed. The message is great and the artwork is fantastic. I also ran across another great Volunteering book for young people. If you are trying to show young people the valuae of Human Relations, then get Michael Recycle and: The Ultimate Volunteer Guidebook for Young People . This book will give you 50 Volunteer activities to do with the young person in your life including an activity on recycling.

This book had great graphics and a wonderful message. Kids will love the rhyming of the lines and the rhythm of the book. In addition, their are many helpful ways kids can recycle found at the back of the book. I used this in my classroom to talk about the planet and keeping Earth clean!

I am the Education Coordinator at Keep Athens-Limestone Beautiful. I used this book as part of a presentation on litter and recycling to a local preschool. The rhyming words keep the kids listening and the message is on a level that they could understand. We pretended we were recycling superheroes as each preschooler took their recycling item and placed in the recycling trailer. This book was a great addition to our lesson!! :-)

My kids like the book because it has some decent pictures and reads well etc... I kind of wish a little more information was given about recycling. It is a very truncated story- perhaps too ambitious for such a short story. I don't have any regrets about buying the book however. There is a nice spread at the end with some information about recycling and what you can do to help the earth.
