About the Author
P. Mark Accettura is a Tax attorney with seventeen years of experience in Estate Planning. Mark is a principal with the law firm of Raymond, Walsh & Accettura, P.C. in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Mark received his law degree from the University of Detroit/Mercy School of Law in 1981, and his LLM in taxation from New York University in 1982. Mark was an adjunct professor at the University of Detroit/Mercy School of Law from 1984 to 1994, where he taught several tax law courses including "Pension and Employee Benefits". Since 1994, Mark has been the host of a one-hour cable television program called "Law Talk," which airs in 37 cities in southeastern Michigan.
