I am on conference calls nearly 6 hours per day. My Jabra 2400 is finally dead, but I am not going to pay $100+ for a new one. I did my research and go for this callez USB headset @$23.95. I have to say, this is beyond my expectation. It works even better than my old one.

I work from home doing customer service and I use this headset around 8 hours a day. A comfort headset is extremely important to me. I was so excited to try this callez headset when I got it. This is an absolutely fantastic headset, much more comfortable than my previous headsets. I bought some other headsets and they were too tight on my big head hurting my ears. This one is lightweight and headband is fully adjustable to fit my head well and I can wear it all day long.

The sound quality is great, the microphone picks up my voice accurately. Clients can hear me and I can hear them well.

The most affordable USB headset for computer calls. I would definitely recommend it for professional use.

This USB headset is amazingly comfortable and well-fitting on the ear. For a price like this, I get a lot of compliments for the microphone quality as well. When speaking at a Webinar, some guys commented on how clear I sounded and they could hear me much better. My friends thought I spent over $100 on the headset but I did get this for less than $30. You don't really have to buy those overly expensive headphones from Plantronics or Sennheiser. These are just as good but much cheaper.

The attached volume control and mute button on the cord are great for when you are under discussion and don't want to ALT-TAB out to adjust it.

This does not have sufficient noise cancellation. I got a bad review from my employer because they could hear my dog barking from outside. I've been with them for 3 years and NEVER had that problem. There are also many times when my callers cannot hear me clearly and I am constantly having to adjust my mic, and sometimes it helps and sometimes it doesn't. The sound on my end is also not as clear as even my Bluetooth headset. I was really expecting more.

Have been Trying it for a week, plug and play, no driver needed. The noise cancelling works great. My parents are older and have poor hearing. They always turn up the volume when watching TV in the living room. We have ever been complained from some of our neighbors for it. But when I used this headphone to chat, I didn’t receive any complain from friends or colleagues about the noise around me. The cord is long enough to relax during a conversation. The microphone boom can be rotated so you can wear it on the left or right ear.

Highly recommend.

I purchased two of these headsets for my insurance agency for our newer VOIP phone system. I got rid of our phones and use our computers to make and receive calls. These are light weight, great sound quality and includes a small clip to attach the cord to your clothing to help with the cord management. The cord is plenty long to accommodate our work space and have room to move around without having to detach the set form the computer or head. I highly recommend this USB headset as a cost effective way to enhance telephone communications.

The microphone is decent. It will give you a better noise cancellation performance than average but not by much. This is good for the average person who wants to have decent voice quality who doesn't need extreme voice quality. It will allow everyone who talks with you to hear you clearly. It is easy to install, just plug it and you are fine. Cable is nicely long and is more durable than most, so if I have to go get a pen or something, I can easily do it without interrupting our conversation.

I would recommend for people who want a better than average microphone while also wanting a good inline control. You get what you pay for and at this price point they are adequate.

Great for working at home!

I started working from home, primarily on the phones, and needed a headset. I tried 3 different versions from Amazon and this one has been my favorite. I wanted the single ear type so I could hear other noises and not fall into the "yell to hear myself" trap from using double ears. This was easy to use, just plug it into my USB port, pretty comfy on the ear. What I'm not crazy about: the sound isn't the greatest, sometimes it sounds a bit hollow, but works fine for hearing others speak. While I love the buttons on the cord that allow you to adjust the volume, on me the switch is almost exactly where my desk edge is, so I have to be careful I don't accidentally hit the buttons if I lean forward. I use the little clip on my clothes to keep the cord higher up but would prefer if I didn't have to. My favorite part and why I like this one the best is the adjustable mic. The other headsets I tried had a very firm, straight mic and this one is super bendy, you can angle it to get really close to your mouth which helps people hear me. Great price too. I'm getting a second one for a backup.
