Since I cannot contact the seller...It breaks my heart to leave this review...I ordered this item(which was a "Amazon Choice"), a pen, a case & a keyboard; with MUCH research; to give as a gift.
1. - the shipping/tracking information was very vague, minimal/no information
2. - no contact/seller information
3. - item arrived...item does not have windows 10 installed & when attempting to install, item states not compatible with windows 10.

I am so very upset...I now need to request a refund, return this item & frantically find & purchase a surface pro 3 for the intended gift receiver(who is VERY special to me).
I need assistance on how to handle this. Any advice is welcome.
So disappointed...😔
