0 Stars. This guy is a scambo. Don't buy it. You can't use an OEM O\S if you replace a motherboard that is not exactly the same as the one you are replacing. If you have the same board, or replace your board with the same, you can get a Window 8, 8.1 etc... rescue disk for about $20.00 bucks or less. Hope this helps you.

Just what I've come to expect from Microsoft. Does some things better than it's predecessors, other things not as well. Touch screen interface is almost as good as Apple's; much better than Windows 7!

Good seller - got it pretty quick. Used it as a cheap way to get Windows 10 upgrade. However I would not have used 8.1 day to day as I hated the interface. Windows 10 is actually pretty good and am glad I upgraded to it.
