Snap-in Nano Transceiver When it’s time to pack up and go, you’ll hardly notice the tiny transceiver. Keep it plugged into your computer’s USB port, or tuck it into the underside of the mouse for travel. When stowed, the transceiver turns off the mouse to conserve battery life. The Nano Transceiver is so small that it sticks out less than a centimeter from the USB port and can easily remain plugged into the computer when traveling. Would sometimes stick on the screen

This mouse was fine. I bought it and started using it and it connected to the laptop easily. It worked fine for a little while but then it started having trouble finding where the mouse was. It would get stuck on the screen so I think that it was not transmitting very well. I would have to roll/rub it around on the mouse or other mouselike surface a few times in order to get it back on track and moving where I wanted it on the screen. That was a bit frustrating.
The batteries lasted a long time in it, so that was a definite plus. It was fine for things like changing the video or music on my laptop or anything that you do not have to have your mouse be very quick for. I would not recommend it for playing any games as it sticks too often and I would die. So, I guess it really depends on your personal need for a mouse. It was super cheap!

I wanted a mobile or miniature mouse to carry in my laptop case. As far as "meeses" are concerned, I'm normally a Logitech fan. So I originally purchased the Logitech M187: absolute garbage, failed after a month of minimal use. In desperation, I tried this Microsoft 3500 and I've been pleasantly surprised. For a mobile mouse, it functions very smoothly on most surfaces and is fairly comfortable for a non-full-sized mouse. Convenient on/off switch. Doesn't work on glass, of course. Only two negatives: (1) I wish this mouse was thinner, so it would fit better in a laptop case and (2) I wish it used AAA batteries, so the spares take up less space. But overall, this is very good mobile mouse for the price.

Really nice looking, ergonomic mouse. The wireless dongle is very small and doesn't protrude out very far like on some other models. The fact that it fits inside the mouse when not in use is also a nice feature. The buttons are tactile and have good, positive clicks, and the scroll wheel also has a nice feel to it. The battery indicator is a really nice feature as well, and for the most part it doesn't utilize too much battery life. The red color is also awesome, as it matches the red accents on my laptop perfectly. Definitely a recommended mouse, regardless of color, for anyone with a desktop or laptop looking for a good wireless, easy to use peripheral.

Not only is the wireless mouse obviously super convenient but it feels great and I definitely find my hand cramping up less as I spend 8-10 hours a day on the computer at work. When I first opened the box and started using the mouse, I did think it was too smaller, definitely smaller than I expected, but I quickly got used to it. It isn't miniature or anything, just maybe slightly smaller than a standard sized mouse. Perfect for travel to and from work and around the office meeting to meeting. I leave the USB plugged in, wish it didn't need it but it's not bad, and carry the mouse around. Would definitely recommend and buy again!

Super practical, no frills, and good price

My favorite travel mouse. I've had one for a few years now and this week I needed a second one.

Good battery life. I prefer mice that use a single AA battery, I don't like mice that can recharge or use two AA.

I like having a place to store the USB receiver. I like having a physical on/off switch. I prefer a stiff notched middle wheel. I do not like middle wheels that can go left and right. (I absolutely hate any Logitech mouse in the same price range for this reason)

These are all personal preferences, hence why I love this mouse so much. Plus it is cheap.

BlueTrack is pretty good, it's not a laser but it still works on most surfaces without jitter. Definitely better than plain optical sensors.

The wireless range is decent and I've never had trouble with the signal in several years of using it.

This is a great mouse. This is the second one I bought. The first one lasted 3 years of constant use 16 hours a day and still works. I bought this one for work. It is compact, fits nice in your hand is works on all surfaces. I never had it cut out on me or have to reset it. The battery life is incredible. I go months before replacing the battery. The Halo edition is a plus but I would have bought the same model if it was just a plan color. I prefer this size one over a regular size one any day and I have big hands. If you are looking for a mouse that is all around great, then you found it here.

Great mouse, decent battery life and accurate tracking

Been using it for 3+ years now without issue. Scroll wheel is smooth, buttons click solid.
Battery lasts for a few months, I have Eneloop's that I switch out and recharge.
Since it's mobile it can be switched off and the receiver plugs into the bottom so you don't lose it.
Using it with a desktop as I have front USB ports in direct line of sight.

The size is perfect for medium sized hands.
Appears to be accurate in it's tracking, have played fast games without any lag that I can tell.
Bluetrack must live up to it's name.

It's also reasonable compared to many other mice on the market.

Good travel mouse.

I should have done little better research. I was looking for a mouse that did not have the usb blue tooth adapter. I just wanted a Blue tooth mouse to replace the mouse I lost. I just realized that the mouse I had was a $70 logitic Mouse The reason why I do not like this mouse is
1) it has the blue adapter via usb
2) it Downloads software automatically which slows the mouse response time right out of the box. When it is done it is ok and works just fiine. Everything else is good. It is a travel mouse for my surface so it should work fine.
It is a good mouse for the price. I just did not want the USB blue tooth. I was hoping my Surface would recognize the mouse without the usb attachment., but no luck.

I might return it to get the right mouse. My surface only has 1 usb port so I did not want to use it up for my mouse incase I have to use it for something else like a usb drive.

get if you are looking fro a cheap mouse for basic surfing and web use. That is all I need it for. did not want to use the touch pad all the time
