First of all, we paid for expedited shipping and they came through! I am very impressed because we ordered on a Thursday evening around 9 pm and had the computer on Saturday at 12 pm. That alone won me over but when my son hooked up his new computer, I was impressed by the graphics and the quality of the product. It was his birthday present and I will say that it was well worth the money. I will definitely consider another computer form Microtel Computer again!!!! Thanks for the speed and quality!
Got my machine yesterday - the shipping was on time. Easy to set up. But it's running way too hot during my game..even the cord to the machine is hot. I'll try other outlets but if this keeps up, the machine is useless to me.
