    The entire reason I ordered this game was so I could play Hydro Thunder [and with it I'm very impressed. I remember playing HT in arcades in the 90's, and it has been faithfully recreated for my xbox [even if the 8 year old graphics haven't aged well]. Besides Hydro Thunder, the other two games on the disc that I really enjoy are Super Offroad and RUSH 2049.

    **DO NOT BUY THIS GAME IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR CUTTING EDGE GRAPHICS OR FEATURES!!!!** This is really more for gamers craving something nostalgic.

    Defiantly the best out of the 3 versions of this (Xbox, PS2, Gamecube). Yes, it has it's share of glitches. But that's just the way it goes with emulations. And yes, the controls could be better. But these games are still a blast to play. Especially Rush the Rock and Race Drivin'.

    You would think that these games would play perfectly on the 2001 Xbox console. Unfortunately, there is screen tearing and warping on San Francisco Rush 2049, Hydro Thunder, and Off-Road Thunder. The other games are well emulated, and I didn't notice any glitches or screen tears on Rush The Rock (which runs at a smooth 60 fps).
    Definitely the best bang for your buck, but if you want the superior versions of Hydro Thunder and SF Rush 2049, try the Dreamcast versions.

    everything about buying this game was a flop! we did a search for "xbox 306 games" this popped up my wife loves 3 of the games so we thought we where getting a good deal on it, we could not have been more wrong!! I placed our order on the Friday before Martin Luther King day, they pushed the order so hard that it hit my bank account 6 time in less then 2 minutes (the man at the bank showed me on the following Tuesday) of course this set off a fraud alert on my account and my money was locked up till Tuesday when the banks reopened and I could go in to clear it up with them, so after having to deal with that and call amazon and get thing right there we got the game, after all of that we put the game in our xbox 360 and a pop-up opens up saying "this game can not be played on xbox 360" yea after four days of hell, the game wont even play. thanks for nothing! and by the way looked over the hold add again and up to the time of this post no where do you say what systems this will or will not play on,

    Having played many, many games on many, many gaming platforms since the early 90s, I am truly unashamed to say that my favourite game of all time is San Francisco RUSH 2049. I can't comment on the other games, as I have not bothered to play any of them yet. The measley few quid I forked out for this pales into insignificance as I consider the true awesomeness that is Midway's finest hour. What on earth they were thinking when they later ruined the RUSH series is beyond all reckoning. The only sad thing about this all is that the game is unplayble on 360 as there is as yet no downloadable patch for it to run (please correct me if the status quo has changed). That said, I have two copies of the original game for the Dreamcast (which it's worth mentioning is the version which appears on this compilation) so I'm happy enough, I just fancied being able to play it without digging the DC out of the attic!
    Anyway, "RUSH!" out and buy this right away!
