Product Description

The knee and climbing pads allow you to transition easily from floor to pole. They cover enough of your knee to protect but not too much to prevent you from gripping the pole. Safer and more comfortable than your bare skin. The image shows the front and the back of the pads. The padding on the knee is not bulky or tacky. You can slide on the floor, drag your knee(s) or crawl without sticking to the floor. These Knee Pads come in 5 sizes: X-Small, Small, Medium, Large and X-Large.

Wish I’d known and gotten a size bigger as they pinch a little bit but these work great!

My knees are awful so they protect them very well but they're just so damn thick! It's gonna take some time to get used to them. I'm hoping that they'll break in a bit. Good product though if you're doing a lot of floor work and don't want to feel a thing on your knees. I think it's kinda just like getting used to walking in a pair of shoes you aren't you to. Wouls recommend!

I got two different sizes lol. It took me months to finally figure out why one would keep sliding off. I finally looked at the tags and one was a small the other a medium. This was my first time ordering just assume when I ordered a small I would get a small. If I ever order anything from this company again I will definitely make sure the sizes match.

Best kneepads out there for pole dancing and floorwork. The reason for the 4 stars is because the size chart is deceptive. I originally bought a large based off the size chart but they slipped around too much. The small was a much better fit. They still occasionally slip in some more vigorous moves, but overall these are the best kneepads I've found for both the pole and floor.

I wish these came in XS because despite my size fitting into their sizing chart (as a "SM"), these run HUGE! They fit over my knees onto my thighs, but were literally falling off my knees. I couldn't even try them out. I can say, however, that they look well made and the padding on the front is very nice. I imagine they work well for pole work... But not if you have long, thin legs.

I love Mighty Grip knee pads for floor work while doing pole! They have super thick padding under the knees so clacks and drops to the knees, or hours of practice on floor work doesn’t kill or destroy my knees. They also have super tacky black patent material behind the knees that can assist with climb/ holds if needed. These are awesome and by far the best/ my fave knee pads ever <3
