This is the cutest cat tree ever! It is very soft and pretty sturdy, and is made of carpet-like material. It isn't the easiest to assemble, as you are running blind trying to find the places inside the house to connect it, and when you find them, the little carpet fibers get in the way and make it difficult to turn the screws. It took me hours, but it was worth it :)

Disappointment with the very last piece to be assembled! Everything was going great until the last part.. the cactus piece (the reason why we bought it) the screw hole in the bottom of the cactus piece was machined incorrectly/at an angle, unable to screw it in and attach it.
