It is very current as there is so much focus on mindfulness in general, but using this book as a guide helps you understand what mindfulness actually means in practice helping you become more self aware, balanced and especially how to use mindfulness in everyday life - not only in your job. The world, more than ever, needs mindful leaders. We know self aware leaders consistently achieve the best long term results for themselves and for others. This book by Michael Bunting helpfully outlines the leadership qualities and attributes that are fostered by mindfulness. This practical and insightful book is an excellent guide to developing extraordinary levels of self awareness. A great tool I'll be going back to in my life and career for many years to come.
