Victoria Moore is a yoga instructor, natural health blogger, and wife and mother of two. She created Yogi Mami in 2009 and has extensive experience and knowledge of women’s health, holistic pregnancy, natural childbirth, prenatal exercise and breastfeeding. Her passion for holistic living has inspired sites like MindBodyGreen.com, NaturalNews.com and PowerOfPositivity.com to feature her work.
Since the day she found out she was going to be a mother, Victoria has really followed her passion for learning about childbirth and her new role of being a mom. She had wonderful, natural birthing experiences at Best Start Birth Center with her daughter in 2009, and her son in 2011. Her fast, drug-free labors were attributed to the variety of mind-body techniques she practiced and shared here in Mindful Mama. These techniques helped to reduce pain during labor and speed up the birthing process. Victoria is dedicated to studying different techniques and modalities, and sharing with women during the birthing process. Understanding the pregnant body and mind, Victoria is passionate about empowering women and teaching them how they too can birth with freedom and joy.
