True mindfulness is simple and anyone can do it, without religious themes to cloud the mind or muddy the water. True mindfulness can be done standing and simply being quiet with one's thoughts.
Mr. Gibbins makes mindfulness sound like a cult worship. I practice "dish meditation", something that everyone can do and which makes a chore something to enjoy and get peace from.
I received this book free for an honest review, and in truth, I would have given it no stars!
