We need to be mindfull always whether we are in our work station, school, playing outside, or doing the daily chores at home. Being mindful is an excellent trait. Like this book of Williams a lot.
This short booklet is very basic and covers only common-sense material only. You'll find better info on a web search engine.
For anyone looking for an in-depth understanding of mindfulness, this is not for you.
I love how detailed and easy to follow the steps are
The best part is that these are things we already do everyday, but we are so caught up in the doing and not being that we lose our true self. I definitely recommend this book, you will love it.
