From the Author
The short stories in this collection are not easily pigeonholed into any single category as they reflect my eclectic nature and tastes and include both soft and hard science fiction themes as well as mild horror, psychological fiction, the interplay between the conscious and subconscious mind, the nature of reality, and the constant tension in humanity's duality of nature with its endless interplay between the profane and the divine. Epistemology, psychology, metaphysics and science aside, these stories are also about the triumph and catastrophic failures that flesh is heir to, the promise, hope and indescribable ecstasy of true love, and the unbearable pain of the impossible and unrequited varieties.
In brief, these stories are my attempt to focus through very different perspectives on the glory and tragedy that is humanity down to the tiniest microcosm of any single human life.
