I reallly like Mindy's workouts for the most part, but her interval workouts are especially enjoyable. Both of the workouts on this disc are a lot of fun but also tough, so you get a really great workout. It's actually 3 workouts, since Action packed has both step and hi/lo. You could do either of these on their own and get a good workout, or do both of them together and get a great workout. These are definitely not beginner level workouts, but great for intermediate/advanced.
