So, there is little that really needs to be said about this entire series of books other than that it is a FANTASTIC collection of tips and tricks for Minecraft, from occasional hobbyist to avid world builder!

Although I only play sporadically, I found these fun, interesting and/or helpful, depending. My son and daughters, however, are AVID Minecraft players, both on and off line, and has found these books to be of tremendous help! So much so, in fact, that these are now loaded into the Kindle app on his tablet so he can have access to them more easily while playing! You know it's SERIOUS when the kid goes to double electronics! *smile*

Kudos on a series that is perfect for it's target group's needs!

Good book to read and get kids to read. Lacking descriptive pictures!

This is a great read with lots and lots of tips. The only thing that is really missing from this book are pictures. I don't think it's too hard to get screen shots, so I really wish, especially when building houses or other things that need to be built, that pictures were included. I think beginners will find it really hard to imagine what is being explained. In fact, I think that most people might not know what some of these things look like in the real world. For example, what the heck are half hipped roofs, gull wings, or dutch gables? Come on, tell me that you know what these are. Anyway, a quick internet search will give you the information that you need, but then you'd have to figure out how to make it in Minecraft.

Beyond this huge fault of having no photos, this book had a lot of information and proved to be inspiring and at least allowed for a lot of discussion and experimentation in our household. I didn't notice any glaring grammatical or spelling errors. The book is formatted in a very simple way that is easy to follow and understand. It would be great for an intermediate Minecrafter who knows what the terms in the book are talking about.

In addition to getting the 70 housing tips, you'll also get 70 additional general Minecraft tips. A great read for children who need to read more and not watch so much TV. As an adult beginner, this book was very useful, had a lot of information, was a very easy and quick read, and helped me improve my skills (I hope).

This is a good book for the Minecraft lover. There are many different house designs and instructions. It has descriptions about specific game tricks and "cheats." There are several different ones described and some even with pictures. There are great ideas and suggestions for people to play Minecraft with. My sons all three play this game on every electronic possible.
