This is my own fault; but I didn’t realize it was a mineral based sunscreen so I had a super white face after applying this sunscreen. It takes a long time to rub it in. It did its job though and I didn’t get sunburnt.

Yes, I know mineral sunscreens have a tendency to leave a white cast, but this is just too much. Tacky and hard to spread, unless you're prepared to really scrape and tug at your skin. Even then it doesn't blend in, but pills and looks like semi-dried school glue. I won't even begin to imagine what it's like under makeup. I'd have given it one star but added another just because presumably it IS still doing its job as sunscreen.

That's the worst sunscreen I have tried and seen in my life. The skin cannot absorb it, so you end up with a totally white face and a feeling like a mask on your skin. It's really disappointing after all these money spend. Cerave you can do better.
