A must read for anyone that would prefer to avoid illness and live on the top shelf. If you are happy with the disease, diagnosis, drugs and death approach, then it is not for you.
It is taking me a long time to get through this book because of the complexity of the subject. Wish there was more in the area of symptoms and conditions due to each mineral deficiency, but it has become my favorite health book in my library. This is NOT a "FLUFF BOOK" like most health books out there. Most of those end up tossed into a donation pile. This has highly valuable information and is based on science. Thus, if enjoy a fluff read....You may have a hard time getting through the science in this book.
