I bought this pico psu along with a 10A 120W AC to DC Switching Power Supply 110-240vAC to 12vDC PicoPSU Compatible power supply to replace the psu in my antec isk 300-150 case. This modification has made my antec case quieter, roomier and cooler. FYI, If your plans are to install an extra sata hard drive for example then you will need to purchase an extra picoPSU-150-xt peripheral extension cable that only costs around 2 or 3 dollars extra. So now I have my operating system on an ssd and an extra mechanical sata hard drive to store my media on.

Fault product. Both the initial order and the replacement order wouldn't work. I verified the problem as the PSU since the motherboard works just fine with another power supply. It appears the problems are due to a faulty MOSFET. Reading online showed the following info as a workaround:
**** The replacement picoPSU I received exhibited the same problem described above. However, I found a workaround. I think the +5VSB voltage instability is due to some kind of race condition between the PSU and the motherboard wherein they oscillate between the power-on and power-off states.
I connected the PSU through an ATX extender and cut the +5VSB line. When the PSU is connected first, then the +5VSB line is connected, the voltages remain stable and the system functions normally. I found that adding a 1 ohm resistor in the +5VSB line also keeps things stable, so this is how I made the fix permanent. I didn't do any further measurement of the PS-ON line to see if this really was a rapid on-off cycling. ****
Great product, I used it to replace my Antec ISK 300-150 PSU, which was loud and took lots of space. Works like a charm! The screw fits perfectly in the back of the case. It needs an AC to DC Switching Power Supply though, which is generally sold together.
The picoPSU turned out to be what I wished, silent and efficient PSU for my nvidia ION based mobo - 25 wats/hour playing 1080p content.. With a nice SSD this is the ultimate ultra quiet HTPC for my living room.
